Dr. Jacobs....
I am currently taking Metformin and will begin Clomid on CD 3-7 after taking Provera to induce my cycle. I have PCOS, so OPK's do not work for me....I have to chart my temps. How many days AFTER finishing the Clomid should I expect to ovulate?

If you ovulate at all on Clomid, it will be about 7 days after the last pill. Neither basal temperatures, nor ovulation predictor kits will tell you with certainty that you are ovulating.
