Hi Dr., I would like your opinion...

I had a fresh IVF cycle that only made it to a biochem. They transfered one day 5 blast:
Grade 1...GES 80...HLA-G .157...expanded

My lining was 10.2 and my E2 was 1944. I'm 33. My infertility is unexplained and my DH tests normal. I've had 2 natural PG, but they ended in very early MC. My dr said in all cases it was probably just a bad egg. My ovulation has been off for years. 30-45 day cycles.

I have four frozen day 5 blasts and am going to do an FET. Based on their scores, what do you think my chances are. Please be realistic. I don't like things sugar-coated.

Grade 2...GES 80...HLA-G .217...expanded
Grade 1...GES 65...HLA-G .141...nonexp
Grade 1...GES 30...HLA-G .163...nonexp
Grade 2...GES 30...HLA-G .193...expanded

Thanks so much for your opinion.

Your chances for pregnancy are very much clinic dependent. I really cannot answer your question.
Good luck.
