Dear Dr.Jacob, Once again thanks for all your support. As of today I am 5.3, when I went for my ultra sound the sonographer showed us some bleeding and said that may be from the cyst rupture, and she said that may causing cramping in my lower abdomen. Is It harmful? Any risk with this, should I worry about my pregnancy?

It is not uncommon to bleed from a site of ovulation, and very common to bleed from aspiration of eggs for IVF. Yes, it can be uncomfortable, but, unless you are bleeding enough to be in danger, yourself, it is not a danger to your pregnancy.
