i have persistent bleeding after i was fitted with a balloon (catheter) to reverse the effects of asherman's sydrome. i developed the syndrome after a surgical procedure to take care of a missed abortion. i have been put on oral estrogen. i have been bleeding since the balloon was fitted two weeks ago. there are tiny blood clots in the flow. what could be the cause of this persistent bleeding.
