Can u tell me your experience w/ thalassemia minor during a pregnancy. I typically avoid a vitamin w/iron in it and am prescribed a folic acid supplement. Should I be taking a prenatal vitamin w/or without iron?

I have not done obstetrics in many years. Please consult your OB or, better yet, a maternal-feta medicine specialist (perinatologist).
