I've only had 1 beta done on Friday - 14dpIUI (my next beta is tomorrow). My RE's office (a nurse) was "quite concerned" that the level is so low at 37. She said they want to see it at least 100.
I know they are looking for doubling in 48 hours, but is 37 too low for 14dpIUI?
She raised the alarm and absolutely ruined my weekend..........

A single hCG determination is not terribly meaningful, as long as it is positive. There is a very wide range of what is normal. Your hCG of 37 Iu/L may be just fine. Good luck.

Here are my beta levels:
08/19 - 37 08/20 - 45.1 08/22 - 56.6
That's not even close to doubling. It doesn't look good, does it?

No, I'm afraid not. I hope you have better luck next time.

More betas:
08/24 - 59 08/29 - 79.9 (3w5dpIUI)
In your practice, how would you further manage patients when you see betas like this?

I give my patients the option of allowing nature to take its course, or to have a D&C. Most women who miscarry do not need a D&C, but the use of progesterone may increase the need. Good luck.
