Bed Rest after Transfer

Dr.Jacobs, Do you recommend your patients to do bed rest after the transfer? If so for how long?

I have my patients remain at bed rest 30 minutes after transfer. I used to have them at bed rest for 2 hours. Actually, there is no evidence that bed rest makes any difference. I think I am treating my own paranoia.

I had iui on saturday with 5good follicles and many small ones. today i have some very sharp pains on my side. i also have sharp pain on my left shoulder when i take a deep breath. what could be causing this pain?please assist.

You may have bled a little from the site of ovulation.
