Dear Dr. Jacobs, I am very sorry to bother you but we are desperate to find a solution for our situation. We have had two miscarriages (both of them blighted ovum) and the only abnormal finding was my semen analysis, which did not improve 4 month after varicocele surgery (sperm count 37Mio/ml, abnormal morphology 89%, motility 2 hour 50%, progressive motility score 2). We are concerned that the abnormal morphology might be the cause of our recurrent miscarriage and are therefore considering IVF with ICSI. Do you think that it may solve our problems? Or should we rather try IUI with some special selection procedure to enrich for normal sperms? I am very much looking forward to your answer Pavel
