Are there any serious 2nd effects with IVF

Dear Dr.,
I am considerering to do a second round of IVF., First attempt I had an early miscarriage and we have 1 frozen embryo, my RE recommended another try. My question to you is would I be doing damage to my health in the future.
I am young, and healthy.

I am aware of no data that IVF causes any long term problems. As with anything, there are risks to the procedure, but those are short term issues.
