What are you looking for when you do a day 3 antral count? and what is concidered a good count?

We want to see greater than 4 antral folllicles in each ovary.

What about when you do clomed challenge? how many should you see?

I do not use the clomiphene challenge test. From what I read in the literature, an antral follicle count is more reliable.
