Dear Dr,
I have had a few IVF failures and did the APA blood work and got positive result for IgM PC. The other 20 types of APA are normal. I have read that anti cardiolipin and lupus anticoagulant are types of APA. Since I have already done APA bloodwork, is it necessary for me to do anticardiolipin and lupus anticoagulant bloodwork as well? If I do not, what part of the diagnosis am i missing? Looking forward to your advice. thank you

It is not likely that the antibodies you are asknig about prevent pregnancy. They seem to be associated with pregnancy loss, once the pregancy is established. Without haveing evaluated you, as a couple, and reviewed the data related to your IVF cycles, I am at a loss to advise you.
Good luck.
