I have started an IVF. I have day 3 FSH 7,5 and good number of antral folicles. I am with 300 Gonal-F. Today I received the results of other test Inhibin B 35.8 pg/ml and anti mullerian hormone 0.66 ng/ml. Is that mean that I will not be able to success with this IVF. Do I need more Gonal for stimulation?
I have a baby from an IVF done 3 yrs ago, In that moment my FSH was 6.5 and do not have inhibin B values from that date.
Many thanks

Actually, the follicle count you described may be the most sensitive assessment of ovarian reserve. I do not study MIF levels. They may be useful, but a follicle count is at least as accurate, and provides other usefulinformation. Also, the follicle count can be done as part of other studies.
Good luck.
