I got the BFP from the RE on friday the 20th and then i went and had additional blood work on Tuesday the 31st my hcg went from 86 to 582 which my RE said was good. I have an appointment the 14th for my first US. Is it a common thing that there is not sac. I have been reading so of the other people's post. I am not having many symptoms the main ones i am having is BBS and being tired. My questions is should i be worried about this? i have had two miscarriages and two tubal prag. This is our second IVF.
Thank you Christie

You are unlikely to see a gestational sac on ultrasound brfore 4 1/2 to 5 weeks of pregnancy. I do not do an ultrasound evaluation until 6 to 7 weeks of pregnancy, so we can see a fetal heart. gGood luck.
