Is an endometrial biopsy the only way to test for the presence/absence of the adhesion molecule necessary for implanation?
When is this test performed?
What is the treatment if the adhesion molecule is absent?

There are 3 things we know which impair production of the adhesion molecule. One is low progesterone levels. I add supplemental progesterone for the test, and for the treatment cycle. A second hydrosalpinx (fluid trapped in the fallopian tubes). Remove them. The third is endometriosis. If present, treat it. An endometrial biopsy is done 1 week after ovulation , and progesterone supplementation.
