In general, do you feel that if a couple has been successful with IVF in the past that that is somewhat of a good prognostic indicator for the success of future cycles (esp. if not alot of time has elapsed since the success, patient is still young, has nl fsh, and responds well to stims) even if one of the underlying concerns is egg/embryo quality?

Thank you for your time.

There is no way to predict if there may be changes in either you or your husband, which may effect the outcome of an IVF cycle. I repeat all the baseline studies for all of my patients "coming back for seconds".
Good luck.
