Hi there,
I just had a 6 week ultrasound today & the heartbeat was 100. They didn't seem concerned because they said 'it just started' ( I measured 5 wks 5 days).
My beta levels came back fine, up to 12,410 from 3,653 on the 27th (3 days).
I am worried because in all the research I have done it seems that 100 is on the low side of what it should be. Also, when I spoke with the PA she seemed a bit cautious.
Thanks so much for you feedback--I wish I could just relax!!!!
Jennifer

At 6 weeks, a fetal heart rate of 100 bpm is not unusual. Within 2 weeks, it will probably be about 140 bpm.
Congratulations!

Thanks so for the response. I made myself very nervous!

I will try to let this pregnancy go on autopilot until my next U/S!
