3 IVFs failed - What is our next steps?

My wife and I just learned that our third attempted to conceive a child via IVF failed.

Our RE says initial tests indicate we are not a good candidate for DE. She thinks that Fibroid(s) are distorting the shape of her uterus and some tests some issues with lining thickness when with supplemental medicines (2ml per day of progesterone injectables and suppositories) She wants to repeat these tests, but these results are very disappointing.

At this point we we have any options or are we going to be forced to be a childless couple?

Fibroids distorting the uterine cavity can interfere with embryo implantation. As far as donor egg, I think that is a very useful option for women over the age of 40, and even for women in their late 30's.
Good luck.
