Dear Dr., Is there anything to worry about in my situation, I am 8 weeks pregnant today it was my last visit with RE and tomorrow I am going to my OB, my RE said that the boldy will absord 2nd empty sac, I had spotting from the beginning not frequently until last few days that it has stopped but the empty sac was very visible is there a danger for the other baby?

No, there is no danger to the living fetus from the empty sac. There are still other risks, common to all pregnancies.
