Dr Jacobs, I had my first IVF transfer on 9/26 with only one embryo. I am 28 yrs old and have stage 4 endo. what is the likelyhood of this cycle being successful. I also had my follow up visit on 10/2 and my esdtrodal level was 1242 and projesterone was greater then 20. I did not have to do a booster shot as well. Are these levels good? Was it a good sign that I did not have to do an HCG shot? I am also at day 9 since my transfer, could I take an at home pregnancy test?

Your potentiaal for successful IVF is very clinic specific, and the medical issues also have an impact. I cannot make any predictions about the facility you used. I do advise waiting until at least 2 weeks after retrieval for a pregnancy test. Good luck.
