Hello to all. I just wanted to share my story, and maybe get go support from other who know what I am going through. I have been pregnant 5 times, my first pregnancy I went into preterm labor at 20 weeks and lost my precious son. My dr. then found out that I had a bicournate uterus that caused me to go into preterm labor. My second pregnancy at 16 weeks we found out he had anencephaly (his skull didn't grow around his brain) and had to terminate because there is no chance of them living. We did DNA testing and found out that this does not run in the family, it just happened. My 3rd pregnancy I switched Dr., I lost this one at 5 weeks. My dr then did a number of tests on me. We found out that I had Factor V Leiden and MTHFR, both clotting disorders. I got pregnant again and got put on lovinox injections, I lost this baby at 9 weeks. I went to a different dr and he also did more tests on me and found out that I had PCOS. My 5th pregnancy, I felt totally different, I was sick everyday, I had never had morning sickness before. It just all felt right. Then at 15 weeks on my birthday I lost my 5th child. After that my dr decided that my bicournate uterus needed to be fixed, that then hopefully I could carry a child to full term. About 16 months ago I had surgery, called metroplasty, to fix my bicournate uterus. So instead of my uterus being heart shaped now it is now a circle! For the past 9 months me and my husband have been ttc. Before the month we tried to get pregnant we would be pregnant. Now I am really worried. I went to my dr today and she put me back on metformin (I was on it before but got off of it because it made me so sick) and next time I start my period she will start me on clomid. I am just so tired. We have been trying to have a baby for 5 years. I just wanted to see if there is anyone out there that share some of my problems and could maybe help me. I also have done alot of reasearch on metroplasty and there is hardly anything out there, I know that not many people get this surgery done. It does have a slight change of making you infertil. Just any stories any anything would help. Thanks
