Has anyone suffered a 2nd or 3rd trimester loss while on Lovenox and/or Heparin and went on to have a successful pregnancy afterwards while being back on Lovenox and/or Heparin? If so, what was done differently the next time? Was your dosage increased? Did you still have blood clots in your placenta? Was the pregnancy difficult? I just loss my daughter at 25 weeks (micro-preemie) while on Lovenox due to clots in the placenta causing Absent End Diastolic flow which then reversed. She was delivered via emergency c-section and passed away shortly after as she was much smaller than she should have been (IUGR). This is my second loss, whereas with the first (stillborn at 24 weeks) I didn't know I had Factor V Leiden and Factor II Prothombin mutations. I'm just trying to find a llittle hope in one day being able to carry a baby to term and bringing them home from the hospital. I thought Lovenox was the answer, now I don't know what to do to prevent my placenta from clotting.
