I have been on these boards for a while but never on this thread I was reading your post we have the same exact due date of December 14th...What an exciting time to have a baby...

hey that is very excited to know that I have a due date buddy. How cool. So do you know what you are having? How many weeks are you? I hope my ticker is correct. it is based on my due date so hope it is right.
Hey you also have a 3 year old daughter? My son will be 3 this september I guess we have alot fot hings in common, welcome to the thread. :)

Well I am glad I found a due date buddy, I am 19 weeks and 4 days today...Saturday I will be 20 weeks..

My daughter turned 3 in March as a matter of fact I had my IVF retrieval on the same day as her birthday I was hoping that would be a lucky day.....

I found at at 18 weeks that I am having a BOY! I feel very blessed to be able to have one of each...its going to be scary changing a boys diaper, I hear you get pee'd on alot....LOL

How are you feeling? I had M/S for the first 2.5 mths
it finally went away....wtih my daughter I think I only had it for 3 weeks and it was gone...

I tried to put a ticker on but I just can't figure out how to get it on here..LOL.

Do you know what you are having yet???

Well then I guess we are right in the same weeks. AS per what my ticker says. Then 20 weeks if 5 months right? I can't believe it. Time is going fast for me right now but once we get closer to our due date it will go very slow. Lets see who has the baby first :)

Well I don't know what I am having. I had a u/s at 14 weeks and they couldn't tell yet. So maybe within a few more weeks I will go and have a u/s done to confirm the gender. I can't wait to find out.
Hey yous ure are bless to have the pair. A boy and a girl that is great. I am hoping to have a girl since I have my boy, well see what it is. I will let you all know when I find out.
Hey about being pee'd that is true..lol I know 2 times when I was trying to change my son's diaper he pee'd on him..lol I got scared and cleaned him right away. it was a funny experience..lol

Well girl hope that everything goes well with all of us and best wishes, lets keep in touch due date buddy :)

Alexa & Jess -- How exciting that you know the sex of your baby. I can't wait to find out the gender for my baby. Have you guys started to shop for your baby since you know what you're having?

As for me, I still fighting m/s. I can't wait until this is over. I have to go to a meeting, but I will talk to you ladies later.

Well girls, I had the u/s this morning and I have just one baby!!! That will take alot of stress away with the preg with just one. We got to hear the heartbeat!!! It was wonderful!! I go to the ob next wed so I hope he will also do a u/s we will see.
The heart beat was 123 bpm, do you know if the boy or girl has the higher heart beat??
My due date is March 17th, but I'm sure I will have the baby at the end of Feb.

Well I am happy that you go to hear the baby's heartbeat that is always a relief :) I am also happy that there is only one, see god can only give you what you can handle :) I am glad :) So now you have your ob next week that is nice.

Hey girls I notice that my doctor gave me my next appointment in 2 weeks which is August 7. She was giving me my appointments every 3 weeks and don't know if she will be seeing me every 2 weeks now or what.

I had my sonogram last night, which was a very emotional experience! We seen our precoius baby and it's heart beat was 181 bpm! My new due date is
Feb 27, 2008.

I have been having some back pain, I have a titled uterus and I wonder if its from that? My boss had a titled uterus and she said she had back pain from conception to birth?

Renee – I’ve heard that the girl has a higher heartbeat, but I don’t know how true that is. I know you’re very excited to finally to get to hear your baby’s heartbeat and to know you’re only going to have one. ;D

Have anyone heard from Shara? ???

Renee-Congrats on the ONE baby!!!:) Are you hoping for a girl since you already have a boy, or do you even care?? Glad to hear everything is good:)

I see everyone is doing great, except for the few still with m/s... I'm so glad everyone is hanging in there:)

Shan-I THINK my baby is a girl... I had an u/s done at work at 15.4wks and it looks plain as day that it's a girl to me... It was labor nurses that did the u/s not a u/s tech. So I'm just kind of shooting from my perspective..:) I've asked a few people from work, and they agree with me, but I'll know for sure on Aug 7th. I can't wait to see my baby again!! What a joy it was seeing that little baby move and kick around in there:) I can't stop looking at the u/s pictures!!!:)

Lili- no, I haven't bought anything for my baby YET. I'm sure I'll be doing some shopping after my appt on Aug 7th though....:) My dh has to fly out the day of the appt. and I'll just drive him to the airport after the u/s. He'll be gone for 16 days, so I think I'm just going to buy and outfit or two and the baby book so I can start noting what's happening during the pregnancy before I forget.

I've been eating a lot of spicy food, and my dh asked if it was ok for the baby... LOL!!! I said yea, if it bothered the baby at all it would give me terrible heartburn:) I think he was worried that the kid would come out with an ulcer or something. LOL! I told him, what do you think Mexicans eat?? They're always eating spicy things.....:) Got to love him:)

Lili, yes I go to the ob a week from today, Aug. 1st. I hope that he does a u/s also!!

Mist, My uterus is also tipped back a little and when I was preg with my son, I had back aches, so thats normal.

Shan, Thanks for the info, I dont know if 123 bpm is high or low for 6 1/2 weeks??

Jess, I'm hoping for a girl since I already have a boy, but it doesn't matter, I just want it to be healthy.

You are right..lol I am a mexican and I eat spicy food always. If I don't eat anythign spicy then I don't feel good. I've been eating verylittle lately just incase with that heartburn but no I haven't gotten that yet so that is good.
So did you liked spicy food before or do you started craving for that lately?
hey girl then we both have the same doctor's appointment. But your's will be for an u/s and mine if just for a regular check up.

Lili-I have always eaten spicy food. It's my favorite!! I even make my own salsa, I can't eat store bought salsa. It's so gross to me. Everyone I know keeps asking me how to make it, but I tell them it's a secret. One day I'd like to try and sell it and call it White Girls salsa. LOL!!! I can make it pretty hot. I also can eat hotter food then ALL of my mexican friends.... LOL!!! It's kind of funny, they say I should have been born a mexican:) As for the doc appt, I go every four weeks.

You sure are funny :) I like your atitude though. It makes me feel special that I ahve a friend that like eating spicy food. I know what you mean I also love it. I can't eat without it. My mom cooks very spicy and I bet you would love it :)

I don't know why my doctor's appointments were every 3 weeks then on monday that I had my last one. The gave me my other appointment in 2 weeks. I don't know if they made a mistake or I will be seeing the doctor every 2 weeks now. I know it changes once you get close to your due date but isn't it to early for me to have it at 2 weeks? I guess every doctor is different. I don't mind going that soon the sooner the better and I get to hear my baby but what I don't like is that it takes forever to see the doctor..

Ladies just so that you all know. On my last appointment I had a test called Expanded AFP screening program. This is a blood test to find out if your pregnancy has a high or low risk of certain birth defects. They do this test between 15 and 20 weeks.

Hi Ladies,

I have cheated and started early on the baby shopping I bought some baby Blue Pj's some little booties but thats about it I just couldn't help it, when you see these cute little clothes its so hard not to shop early...LOL

Lili, I will probably have the baby early I had a C-Section with my daughter so it looks like I will have a scheduled C-section when I get closer to December we will figure out the day....

So you are having another c-section done ha. Well that is good. I have one question for you, that I always wonder about?
When you have a schedule c-section how do they prepare you? Do you get to feel those labor pains? Or is it just you go in they get you prepared and take the baby out without feeling anything I mean like those labor pains?

I was told by one girl I know that she had a c-section schedule and they induce her those labor pains and she did feel them even though she was having a c-section is that true? I was always wondering that.

So then you will have the baby earlier than me that is good.
Sorry to ask you also but how long apart are you having your doctor's appointments?
I am just wondering because this time my doctor wants to see me in 2 weeks, she was given them to me every 3 weeks and now she changed to 2 weeks, don't know if she got missed up or what but I am wondering and will ask her next time I go. For me is good because I get to hear my baby everytime I go so thatis great :) but like I said I was just wondering......
