Shan, I'm not for sure, but I have heard the same thing before, that the girls heart rate is faster?? So maybe you are having a boy!!! Boy are very special!! Are you going to find out what you are having? I did not with my son, but I'm going to this time. How far along do you have to be before you can tell the sex?

How is everyone doing today. it is nice to see that this board is getting full of BFP and hope to get more. I am very happy for all of my sisters that you all are doing good.

it is nice to see that you did get a ticker that is nice. That way we can keep track of the weeks we are.

I have a question for you all. I told Renee about it and she gave me some feedback but I just want to make sure. I haven't asked my doctor yet but I know that my previous doctor told me that it was ok to bd after the 3rd month of pregnant.
I have not bd since we found out that we were pregnant and I am scared that something might go wrong if we do. Since I was told that it was safe to bf after the 3rd month what do you girls think?
If you can give me some feedback it would be appreciate.

Renee-I would say 18wks is a safe time to find out what you're having, that way there is NO mistakes:)

Lili-your poor dh....:) He hasn't gotten anything in over 12wks??? WOW!!! My dh would be driving me crazy. I don't know about you girls, but my dh starts getty cranky if things aren't taken care of...LOL. I KNOW it is safe to have sex during pregnancy, even BEFORE the 3mos is over.... Since I've known that I am pregnant, we have had sex 3 times and plan on doing it again tonight:)!!!LOL! Nothing is going to harm that baby now. Just go at YOUR pace and what is in YOUR comfort zone. If it hurts, have him go slower or less deep. But remember to relax.... If you are tense or worried while you doing it, it WILL hurt. So take a load off girl, you might really enjoy it!!!! Especially now that there is no stress involved in ttc. I heard that sex is sometimes even better when you're pregnant!!! So you might just like it:) Enjoy yourselves and have fun.

Hi, girls, I also have a question, My boobs are still sore, but not like they were yesterday, did the soreness in your boobs ever change??

Did most of you girls wait to bd till after the first 3 months? When I was preg with my son 6 years ago my doc told me it was ok to bd, but like Lili, I'm also scared to bd, since I'm so early?? What do you guys think?

Jess, Thanks for your advice. I bd all the way though with my son, but so much has changed just in 4 years.
And now I have af like cramps off and on, so that scares me to bd. I know every thing will be ok, we just need to take it easy while bd. I know what you mean about our poor dh, mine has been that way for a week now, they just cant survive with out it...lol

Renee-my boobs still hurt a lot!!! Especially when I get out of bed in the morning:( I went up a whole cup size my first month!!! Sometimes they hurt here and there and other days they hurt all day. They're just trying to make more milk ducts for when the baby comes:)

Hey gals.....sssoooo EXCITED...found a doctor yesterday and he took my today at 11:30 a.m. We did first prenatal and such today....l...so much fun! I am officially due March 8, 2008. I am some weird way he said 5 weeks along.....and I got a picture of my baby on a ultrasound....MY LITTLE PEANUT...so cute! I want to frame it....heehee! Okie Dokie...talk to ya all later =)

Lili - Just so you know I asked my doctor today about BD and he said since there is a mucus plug it is in no way going to hurt the baby no matter the intensity or duration of intercourse. He said until 1 month prior to birth you are fine. This was like an hour ago he tld me this.... =)

Thank you girl for the advice. I know I am worry because like you say my poor dh hasn't gotten any for the pass 12 weeks or even more and I feel bad because I don't want him forgetting about me or doing something else that he is not suppose to do you know. I just want to make him feel good and give him my love. I know men can't wait that long. I remember being like 2 months pregnant and my dh wanted some and I just avoided him and told him it wasn't good. I know I am pass my 3rd month and it is safe now for sure. But I kinda worry for everything. I will give him pleasure hopefully tonight well see. He has been sleeping separate just to avoid contact I guess...lol and I need to make him feel special, well see. Lately my hormones are getting crazy I wasn't in the mood to bd but nowit seems that I kinda need it aswell ...lol :) So hope tonight :)

I agree with Jess around 18 weeks. At my u/s last week I was 15 weeks pregnant and they couldn't tell the gender the doctor said like in about 2 more weeks they can tell for sure. I guess I will wait for a month and then I will go to this u/s place that I know and have one done so that I can find out the gender. I can't wait I might start buying some clothes but I kinda want to wait till the end, well see.

Sorry I haven't been on for a while! I have been extra tired I came home from work early cause of MS and well I slept from 1:00-3:45 lol. Oh man I hope I sleep tonite!

Gonna be a momma- Wow you seen your baby already! Fabulous! I go to see mine July 24 when I will be 8 weeks 2 days. I see your due close to me!! Way to go!! lol

Renee- How are you feeling girl? When is your due date?

lili- Hey sweetie! I think you should call your OB and ask them if it ok to BD, but I am thinking you should be ok, but ya never know. I would feel safer if you called.

Gonna be a Mom, you had a u/s already?? Wow, mine is July 25th, I cant wait. Could you see the heart beat yet? Is your doc a ob? I have not been to the a ob yet just the re, I wonder if I went to a ob, if they would do a u/s yet? Did your doc also do a pap smear? When was your last preiod, mine was June 8th? We are very close on our due dates.

Lili, go for it tonight!! I remeber when I was preg with my son, my sex drive was more then before. But nothing for me lately, I'm usely not feeling good before bed. I think I will wait till 6-8 weeks.

Lili – I have to agree with Jess, “your poor DH”…..12 weeks??? I’m shock. Please Lili, help your DH out and make him feel special tonight. I feel sorry for him. I would think it’s safe for you to bd, since you are in your 2nd trimester. Like Jess mentioned earlier, just take it easy and go at your own pace. I’m sure everything will be fine.

Renee – I have noticed that my boobs feel normal during the day and at night they hurt like crazy, so I guess that’s normal. Also, I’m having AF like cramps every now and then. My dr. told me that it’s just my uterus growing that’s why we’re having the cramps. As for bding, I would wait until my first dr. appt, just to make sure the dr. let you know that it’s okay to bd…that’s what I did. I needed my dr. to reassure me that everything was okay.

Gonna B A Momma – That’s great you had your first u/s. Did you get to see a h/b or was it too early?

Mist – I know how you feel. I’m at work right now, and I feel like going home and get into the bed. I have one more hour left and I’m counting the minutes. I’m so tired.

Shara – Good Luck on your appt on Friday. My next appt is July 23. I can’t wait.

Hey gals, so I am gonna answer all in one rather than individual. So my doctor was grest, he did the ultrasound for me today to show me because I asked for it, told him I kinda would like to see it to believe it. I could see the baby, it was a little peanut like I said before....lol! As far as the heart beat I could not see it yet. My doctor said that it should be getting ready to fuse together and start beating very soon. He rescheduled me for another ultrasound for July 24th at 1:00 p.m. so I could see its little heartbeat. He is a great doctor. Which is why I believe in looking around if you are not happy with yours. Also they did do blood work, a vaginal exam (which he said will be my last until about a month before birth), then they weighed me, had me go peepee in a cup, and talked to me a lot. My doctor is an OB just so ya all know. But it is amazing, I feel sssooooo blessed as I am sure you all do. BUt for those who asked, if ya want an ultrasound dont be afraid to ask, this is your baby...heehee! Okie Dokie gals, talk to ya all soon, I am sssooo hungry I need to run and eat dinner.

Mist, I'm feeling m/s off and on. But I love it when I'm sick, I have been waiting for this for a long time. If I go a day with out feeling sick, I start to think is every thing ok. I have been working though my re and she has not gave me a due date, I'm going to see the ob on Aug 1st, but have a u/s with re on July 25th to see how many babies. But if I look up on the internet it tells me my due date would be March 14th, which I know I will go earlier than that, my son was 3 1/2 weeks early, so maybe some time late feb??
