Hello! I am going through some changes and wonder if my hormones are playing tricks or would this by any chance be signs of early menopause? for the past month, my breasts have enlarged- considerably, they are very heavy, firm and full. My nipples are hard and they ache. NO I am NOT pregnant! I also believe that I am lactating.. what is going on? I have made an apt with my Gyn/OB but are these symptoms normal? it would be good to hear from anyone
