Help.. anyone.. I am sure (I hope) some of you have had this experience... during timed intercourse.. you miss the perfect opportunity... what to do?

I am so frustrated.. last night was my peak time for intercourse.. hubby was very tired from work but we gave it a go anyway and we were unable to "complete" which really frustrates me.. because last night is gone.. did I miss the important "time"... what to do? I am trying not to put pressure on myself or hubby.. but I feel so crappy this morning because we weren't able to make it happen.

I guess we will try again later today.. but now there is double the pressure on both of us to make it happen today... any suggestions????

Just try again today. It takes about 36 hours from an LH surge to ovulate, so you have a little time. That happens to everyone, try not to stress about it. Sometimes it is just not going to happen especially with all of this pressure to perform NOW that is put on these boys. They are troopers!!!

Best of luck!

they are troopers aren't they... but shouldn't this be "easy!" it is amazing how pressure, work stress, disappointment all take their toll on us!

I will try to relax.. have a nice dinner.. pour him a glass of wine.. I am hoping because it is Friday .. that the weeks worth of stress will hopefully melt away.. it's just that this is my peak time.. so I hate to see a wasted opportunity!

If I were you I would tell him it was over for this month and trick him so he doesn't feel pressure. When I was on clomid they told me not to tell the man because they can actually hold a lot of it back even if you finish because of the pressure. Good luck paige :)
