This sight has been very helpful. Thank you for your stories. We lost our son at 30 weeks July 2005. We recently decided to try for another baby. I am on Clomid right now and hoping for a positive pregancy test. After seeing a high risk OBGYN she suggested I have extensive blood work done. Well it came back positive for single mutation C677T. She then told me to have my husband tested well you guessed it positive for single mutation C677T. So when we are pregnant we are double mutation C677T. My doctor put me on extra Folic, Baby Asprin, and on my own I am taking extra B6 and B12. She also said once we are pregnant she is putting me on the Heprin shots 2X dailly. I am 37
years old and we want a child desperately. We do not have any other children besides our precious baby Blaze in heaven. I know how scarey all this is I just hope the best for all.
