So tomorrow I'm having a FET hoping for success after 2 failed IVF attempts I've lost 40 lbs dr. thinks that would help. Feel a little guilty that I'm not as excited as I was the last 2 times but it was so disappointing I don't want to get my hopes up. Anyone have any success stories on successful FET's?
