My retrieval will be in the morning and I am considering going to work in the afternoon (so long as I am feeling okay). What have the experiences been after retrieval? Is their any reason (medically) that I should not go back to work (which consists of sitting in a chair at a desk, nothing strenuous)?

I didnt. I went to an aunts house practically across the street from RE. And slept off and on all day. I couldnt believe I was so tired. I would suggest resting up and taking the day off if you can.
