MzFritz - July 13

Hi ladies, I am new here. Diagnosed with PCOS, but I ovulate regularly, I have killer cells in my CM that kill DH's swimmers, so I have to have IUI, we are doing femara/trigger/IUI this cycle. My insurance is making me mad, they wont approve my trigger shot (so if anyone wants to donate to help me out this cycle, I would greatly appreciate it - its needed for Monday, I will pay shipping for overnighting it).

I have one son, concieved with clomid trigger and IUI. I have done a total of 6 cycles so far two with clomid and trigger, got pregnant on one with two follicles, didnt respond to the second one. Third one thru the sixth one were with clomid, repronex, trigger and IUI, I got pregnant on all but one of those cycles. I had two chemical pregnancies and one ectopic. Then last August, we did a self medicated clomid cycle and got pregnant, but it ended in m/c at 5wks 5days on 9/21/06.

I am really hoping this works, I think it will, considering my previous IUI's were with my ex and he only had 10-13 mil swimmers post wash, and current DH has over 35mil swimmers post wash. Also, when I was doing IUI's with my ex, my cycles were non existant if I didnt take fertility drugs or provera to bring on AF. Now, I cycle regularly, with O between cd 15-17 without any meds (weight loss did wonders for me - I lost only 30 pounds, but it made all the difference in the world for me).

I am just hoping we make at least 3 follicles, but I am really hoping for 4 or 5 follicles. I go for my follie scan on Monday, I am thinking that I should be ready for trigger, since last time the doc did a u/s, I was midcycle and he found an 18mm follie, that he said was ready to go at any time and I O'd later that day.

Anyone else with any femara experiences that would care to share?
