New to Gonal-F, lots of questions...

My RE has me on 75iu gonal-F plus 5mg Femara. The Gonal-F I take on cd4, 6, 8 and 10. Has anyone else done this/heard of this and been successful? Next question: if you used Gonal-F how many follicles did you develop and were they on both ovaries? I had an u/s on cd3 and it showed 12 follicles on my right and 8 on my left, but the ones on my right were just a bit larger than my left. I don't know if that means my right ovary is the one that will come through for me (I only have my right tube) or if those were just from last cycle.
