My husband and I cannot move ahead with treatment - I have a full set of ivf meds ("poor responder" protocol) with all supplies. This is a Gonal-F based protocol.
All meds expire in 2009. Includes 12 900ul Gonal-F pens, Ganirelix, Lupron, HcG, Progesterone in Oil, Estradial, Vivelle, etc. I have the prescription list to email. We paid just over $10k for this cycle...I would like to help someone in need - but I would like to recoup $2,000 if possible.
I am in Chicago and will send FedEx overnight.
