All of the following are brand new, sealed and stored properly according to manufacturers' instructions. They are leftover from my last successful IVF cycle.

2 Gonal-F Multi-Dose 450 IU, exp. 02/2012, $150/box or both for $300
6 Menopur 75 IU, exp. 04/2012, $120
1 Follistim 300IU, exp 01/2012, $100
1 Cetrotide 0.25 MG, exp. 04/2012, $30

Update: At this writing, I no longer have the Follistim.

Gonal-F, Menopur and Cetritide are still available.
