Cost of injectibles?

Am working my way slowly through the ranks of infertility treatment and wanted to get some feedback from others.

I didn't respond at all (other than some wicked insomnia) to Clomid in my last cycle. Rather than mess around with an increased dosage, we decided to proceed onto injectibles. No discussion of actual type, so I don't have many details--but was wondering what kind of cost I can expect to be hit with (prescription coverage doesn't cover fertility meds). Also, is there a generic version of the various injectibles that help reduce cost? And does cost vary from pharmacy to pharmacy?

Thanks!

We started gonal-f for the first time this cycle. Clomid did not work for me either. It cost $1500 for the meds. Ouch!!! My insurance does not cover either. The ovidrel to trigger the O was not bad only $70. Good luck to you and stay patient the injectables will work, but it took 15 days for me.
