Can't do IVF because of health reasons. Meds were for Sept cycle. I am looking to get at least half of my out of pocket expense for the meds.

6 ea. 600iu Follistim

1 ea. 300iu Follistim

1 ea. Follistim Pen

5 ea. 250 MCG Ganirelix

2 ea. 100-650 tab Propoxy-N/APAP

50 tabs of Doxycycline 100mg

3 Boxes/21ea. Endometrin(Progesterone Vaginal Insers

1 ea. Low Dose HCG 6.25iu
