Hi,

I recently had a day 5 transfer - I had 18 eggs, 17 were mature and 14 fertilised (ICSI). They were all good until day 3 - on day 5 most had arrested but 2 were left that were transferred - one was trying to compact and one was trying to cavitate. I realise now there may be a DNA issue that we will look in to but what is the possibility that anything can come from this transfer?
I have read that cavitating is still ok for day 5 but they said only 2/3 of it was trying to cavitate - I'm assuming this means the rest had arrested?? Surely that means the rest will also stop - how can 2/3 result in a viable pregnancy??

Please help.
Thankyou
