Why did all of my donor egg embryos arrest?

We had a young, healthy 22 year old donor. 5 eggs fertilized and were looking good at day 3. Morning of day 5, on the way to my transfer, I got the dreaded call. All embryos were gone. I am struggling to understand how this could have happened. My doctor says there is nothing wrong with my husband's sperm. Am I just really unlucky or should I be looking for another reason?
