Hello, I had my supression check today and found that i had 10 follicles on right side, but only 4 on the other. All the follicles were from 4mm to 6, but one was 7. Does the fact that one was 7 mean it is becoming dominant - which would be bad right?
Also - on a previous scan/cycle (with no lupron) I had 12 and 10 follicles. Now only 4 on one side? is that normal to fluctuate so much

It looks like the 7mm follicle is attempting to become dominant (which is the natural process). However, its not that far ahead of the other follicles, so I wouldn't worry too much at this point. If it continues to outgrow the other follicles by a factor of 8-10mm later in the stimulation, then it would become somewhat of a problem.
The is some variation in follicle number between cycles and the 10-to-4 difference is within the expected rage of cycle to cycle variability. Again, nothing to really worry about.
