I am so glad that you are back! Thank you for doing this site!
My question is about DFI% 46.8% and a HDS= 15.6% in the SCSA test. What dose this mean? : My 48 year old husband, who had a varacocele repaired before puberty, fathered our daughter in 2002 naturally. His other sperm tests are borderline normal.
Has this problem always been there (varacocele damage)?
Do we need donnor sperm?
Do we need to check for prostititis?
What causes this test to be inaccurate? do you trust this test?
My IVF center has said everything from "we need donnor sperm" to "don't worry about it." HELP
