Dr. Smith,
I really enjoyed this forum and would like to know more about embryo development. Is there book(s) or website that you can refer to me so I can educate myself further on this topic (facts on embryo development in IVF, egg quality and sperm fragmentation). Currenty we are on our second cycle awaiting transfer which could happen tomorrow or Thursday depending on the development of our embryo.

Your reply is much appreciated.

I am not aware of any references for egg quality, embryo development, etc. written for lay people. All of the compendiums written for scientists working in the field are hopelessly out of date. The field progresses so fast that by the time a textbook/compendium is published, its several years out of date. This discourages publishers from publishing compendiums in this field. Your best source for information on this rapidly developing field is on the internet at websites such as Shared Journey, fertility.com, inciid.org, repromedix.com etc.
