Reasons for fragmented blastocysts

My husband and I (30years) have just recently completed our third unsuccessful ivf cycle doing pgd exclusion testing for huntingtons disease. In our cycles we have had good fertilization results ranging from 7 to 12. Our embroys grow but just dont make it to full blastocyts. The last cycle we had 6 morulas and three slowly compacting blastocysts that were fragmented and unsuitable for biopsy. The Dr had said that for our age some should have mad it to full blastocyst. Any ideas?
