Problem with immature eggs

Hi-I have just had my third egg retrieval. Of 10 follicles sized 16-21 (I have one ovary) 3 were mature and 1 fertilized but arrested. My best previous result was 6 eggs; 3 fertilized, all arrested. My levels are all fine, I respond just like I am supposed to to the drugs. My first two retrievals were done at a clinic where they say the problem is poor egg quality due to age (38) and I should use an egg donor. My recent retrieval was at a new, extremely high-tech clinic who said they have special techniques for helping old eggs. After this recent retrieval, they say my problem is non age-related, a problem producing mature eggs (poor blood flow to the follicles?). Has anyone heard of this problem producing mature eggs? Is there no way to fix that with a different protocol, as my doctor says? (My last protocol was microflare lupron with Gonal F - no suppression; 7 days from start to retrieval). I keep reading about an association between PCOS and immature eggs, but my dr. says I don't even borderline have PCOS.
