???My new husband and I have both been married before. The outcome of these marriages are, I having 2 wonderful boys, and now my tubes are tied, and he having no children due to a bad marriage where he went and had a vasectomy :(. Is there any way WE can have invitro and our egg and sperm removed due to our getting "fixed"? We desperatly want a child together! :) Thanks for any answers. ;D

Sperm can be retrieved from your husband's epididymus or testicle and used to perform IVF by intracytoplasmic sperm injection (ICSI). You will need to consult with an infertility-trained urologist and a reproductive endocrinologist to arrange for these procedures. These procedures are fairly routine for established IVF programs. Yes, you have a chance.
