Dr. Smith,
What would be your estimate of the chance for a twin pregnancy if two high quality frozen blastocysts were transferred (i.e. donor egg, perfect sperm, perfect uterine environment)? Thank you.

About a 40-50% chance of pregnancy with about a 10% chance of the pregnancy being twins. Best of luck.
