Can being on Lupron for longer than originally planned (due to a cyst) in any way shape or form negatively influence egg quality (not really concerned about quantity) esp. in someone who already has a known, unexplained poor egg quality problem (dark grainy cytoplasm that results in slow dividing embies seen on 3 fresh IVF attempts at 2 different clinics on different protocols despite being young, nl fsh, good response to stims, healthy etc.)? Thank you for your time.

A prolonged period on Lupron prior to initiating stimulation can reduce the number of follicles/eggs that develop on that cycle, but I am not aware of any direct effect of Lupron on egg quality.
