i am a kidney transplant patients 17 years ago, i have obstructive azoospermia perhaps due to surgeries i have done before my transplantation. the urologist found sperm in testis and epididimys. my wife has no problems, she is a good responder, 14 eggs...
the fertilisation rate is good as the dr said 60 to 70%...only the last cycle we transferred blastocysts we had about 5 blasts, and my wife got pregnant but we found after 1 month that it was a blighted ovum...my dr said it is pure chance, should we continue trying with my sperm?, our doctor is happy that we did it once and we can do it another time, because he was doing a new protocol ( the long one)...(3 month decapeptyl)...and blastocyst transfer. i am worry about sperm dna fragmentation? because i can't do the test as i am azoospermic? (i take antirejection medications cyclosporine and cellcept)
