I am 45 and had six miscarriages in my thirties at 5 weeks. Had five unsuccessful IUI's. One unsuccessful IVF with two embryos when I was 43. I just had another IVF on which my 34 yr. old sister was my donor. She had 13 eggs, 9 were 20-22 size and three were retrieved. Only one made it and it was a 5-6 cell embryo on day five. I would like to know if there is any hope or if you have any advice it would be very much appreciated. Transfer was on 6-15-11.

I forgot to mention that the IVF doctor said that the rest of the follicles were empty. He said that maybe my sister got the trigor shot at the wrong time or her quality of eggs were not good. She did take her 8k trigor shot at the time he specified and he was informed of that.
