26 years old and bad embryos...can it be true?

I just underwent my first (failed) ivf. Here are the details

I am 26, no known problems, dr. Said all tests were fine. After getting pregnant and miscarrying without fertility assistance, I did 6 months of clomid, 3 iuis, 1 ivf. Always had lining above 9 and good follicles.

My husband has a sperm analysis and said perfect amount and motility of sperm but only 4% of his sperm had the right morphology. This seems to be the only thing I can see that is a problem. He is 27 yrs old.

So I had 19 eggs, 12 mature, 9 fertilize with ICSI which we were told would take care of morph problem. By day 2 all surviving 7 embryos were only 2 cells. But we transferred a 4 cell and a 5 cell on day 3, not great. Anyways we had none to freeze but embryology said a few got to the morula stage and the rest made it to 12 cells.

Is this an egg issue or sperm issue? I know sometimes we never know. Should I even try IVF again? What protocol would you reccomend?
