I went for my u/s today and the Luveris "booster" shot did not work as planned....
I will start with a new protocol next month with my cycle.......
I asked my dr if I was abnormal to not have this protocol work - he said NO- we just needed to tweak the medicine to get it right...
I hope it works next month :)

I am soooo sorry. Believe me, I know exactly what you are feeling. What protocol were they giving you? I'm just curious. I think this happens a lot. I wish someone would have warned me before I started this process in Feb. I was heartbroken. I hope you are feeling better soon and good luck with your next cycle. We just might be cycle buddies. Keep us posted.

I think they called it a Microflare Protocol. Last month I did Lupron, and 300 Follistim/day, then the Luveris.
They said next month I will do Lupron, but a different type, and 450 Follistim.
They said if all goes as planned, depending on my cycle, the retreival will be the week of July 3 or July 10.....

Sounds like we might be on the same time frame, along with a few other girls around here! I hope this next cycle is a winner! I will keep my fingers crossed for us!
