;D Hey all, I finally have actual hard dates scheduled for my first IVF w/ICSI. I was so happy when the clinic called. I know this is just the first step but it gives me something to look forward to. I go January 9th, and they estimate ER on the 24th with an ET on either the 27th or the 29th.......
I know I shouldn't get quite so happy yet, but I finally have hard dates. For the past few months I have felt as though I have been spinning my wheels.
Thank all you ladies for your patience with me....is anyone else going to start a cycle in Jan????

Sylvia, I wish you so much luck and tons of babydust!!! I sure hope the ivf works for you!!!! I think it makes perfect sense that you are happy about having dates set - you will be doing anything you can to make your dreams come true and that's a huge step. Good luck!! Karen

Good for you, Sylvia! Waiting is so, SO hard. Its even worse when you don't know how long you have to wait, like me in beta hell in August. Glad you have a timeline to look forward to, it sure makes the days go faster.

Yeah - a date. I still dont know when I will do my cycle since we now have to have more testing done. I would really like Dec or Jan.

Hopefully it will be sooner rather than later for you...althoughit would be great to have someone on here going through it at the same time. I hope you find out something soon.....

Good news Sylvia!
It is nice to finally have some sort of timetable. I know how it feels to be spinning your wheels. I hope your IVF works for you on the first try. Wouldn't that be nice? :) Just keep thinking baby baby baby!

Great news sylvia!
I just got my insurance nightmare under control..I was finally given an apt for a consult for Dec 2.Yeah :)hopefuly I will be able to actually do a frozen transfer in December.

Wonderful news Sylvia, I know exactly how you feel, waiting and not knowing is a huge frustration. I hope time flies til you get to your appointments and I wish you all the best.
I waited two whole months for AF and didn't mind to host her for 7 whole days (it's normally 3 to 4), I'm not complaining just greatful it happend and I fell like I can move on.

Know how you feel, just cannot wait until I can finally try to have a baby with my husband. I took a part time job at Gold's Gym to help pass the time. That and school and my family should be enough to help the time go by.
Good luck to you as well, I hope we all get what we want sooner rather than later! ;D
