My beta HCG is 12/26. It has been a long 2 ww. I had pretty much given up last Thursday thinking it's going to be negative and that the symptoms I was having making me feel awful was from the Progesterone shots every night. I actually called my dr.'s office to see if I should go off of the shots since I thought I was going to start AF but she said that the s/s would be the same if I were pregnant and to stay on full hormone support until the 26th. They put me on Heparin ( a blood thinner) because my husband and I are both + for an antibody that is basically making me fight getting pregnant and they said that the Heparin will reverse this. They never mentioned Lovenox. I'm taking Heparin shots 2 x's/day and ASA daily, progesterone shots at night and 1/2 pill of Dexamethasone every morning.

You can't go off progesteron before you know the result,because if you pregnant(isn't that what we all hope for?) our bodies dont' produce enough natural progesteron to support the pregnancy untill 8-9 weeks,after that growing placenta takes over and makes enough progesteron(some doktors like to keep you until 12 weeks to be on a safe side).I know in some cases they put you on a pill form(Dufaston,if I remember correct).I know they are not fun,but I'm used to them,not as bad as I thought in the beginning.My doc want's to keep me on them untill 9 weeks.
Your swelling probably from mild hyperstimulation,drink a lots af liquids(in my office they insist on having at least 80 gr protein a day to prevent this,it helped me,I had 40 eggs taken from me).

Hie hope ur doing if u had ur transfer on the 12th that means ur testing date is tommarow r u getting butter flys in ur stomach, marina is right be care full how u feeling or ask ur clinic, i had my transfer on the 17th had lotts of swelling but on th 20 i was quite fine just having these twings on my overies or should i say on the side but i guess thats normal, we all r different the girla that had the ratrieval and transfer wuth were all normall for both things but i was exceptional as always after my both r and t i could hardly gat of bed or right at this forum so we all react in a different way,
lotts of baby dust keep us updated.

I'm not having the bloating anymore but I usually have that with part of my PMS s/s so that's why I figured AF was on it's way. As long as you are taking the Progesterone shots, will you not start menses?

Thanks Marina & Renee for your input!! Any bit of info. does really help. This 2ww has been the worst wait and hard with the holidays.

Marina you had a lot of eggs, I only had 8.

We must have been posting this last one at the same time. Good luck to you!! I just think I have felt weird s/s for the past week that are hard to figure out but it's probably b/s I'm analyzing them more.

I dont thing so progestrone works like this allots people get there periods during thee2ww, so thats not the case not that i heard of it but a good question, r u feeling some twings on the lower part?

Yes I feel more twinges and cramping on my right side, but that is always the side I have pain on when I ovulate. Have you had any discharge at all or any tiredess? Three days ago I was so exhausted, I went to get groceries and I had to take an hour nap as soon as I got home before I unloaded everything. I'm not used to resting at all during the day.

has the bleeding stopped, it seems this chrismas is going to be great for all the mums with so much prayers for each one them, narina i have had this sharp pain inside that comes just for a second and goes like before i have my pees. and little twings on the side of the overies what can this mean?

true i twing aswell when i have or r ovulating but knoe my ovulation has been 6 to 7 days ago, am always a sleeping person if i dont sleep for atleast 12 hours am yourning all the time so am drinking lotts of water which normally i dont allot but that could be because i have restricted my self to sodas, i have a lots of discharge because am using progestrone in a form a off vaginal gell that is a coplete mess believe me

Yes,progesteron makes your body feel PG,that's why we have symptoms.I also put 2 estradiol patches every 3 days for the same reason.I personaly didn't realy expirienced a lot of symptoms.The only symptom that was definately different was shortness of breath and rapid heartbeat sometimes.Visiting restroom more often,maybe.But other than that-just overall feeling like having my period soon.

Renee, that is so cool that our beta is the same day. What kind of s/s have you been having?

Marina, I forgot but I am also on two estradiol patches every 3 days. Would the progesterone shots and these patches keep us from starting menses until we are off of them?

yes my clinic mate phoned a docter and he said same thin that it could be implantation bleeding and i think because od the white gell it came out mixed in a weird form i did phone re he was not concern because i hsd no infection or fewer so letts hoe for the best that was only that day know all is well no bleeding nothing

basket,,I'm not sure it's true(I was bleeding a couple days ago and i'm still on all thess meds),but that was different kind of bleeding-slight placenta separation aand my doc said it happens in 50% of early pG's and not so serious,just stay on a bedrest untill it stops.So it doesn't mean if you are on progest.,you won't bleed.Meds just support preg. and keep hormon levels in normal range.And if you are not PG,than they cancel them and let your body take care of it.But,like they say-we are PG until proven otherwise ;)

Progestrone will not stop you from having a period. I dont have a period naturally and i am given progestrone to start my period .

Hey everyone, I went in to the doc yesterday (12/24)to check my follies and I was only on cd 10 and I have 4 follies 2... 18mm and 2 ...19mm all on my right side. so.. I got the trigger shot from Dh last night at 10:15 pm and I am getting iui on 12/26 at 12:00 pm.. so crossing fingers... baby dust to all.! Jena
So I am going to start my 2ww starting tomorrow.. and already I am having a lot of CM. thats from the trigger shot .. so. we will see.. wish me luck..*HUG*
